What you need to know...
Q- Do you have an hourly rate charge?
A- No. We offer a tailored service that fits in with your needs... everybody's house or business is very unique, & therefore we base our prices on the needs of the individual.

Q- Do I need to have a contract?
A- We do not have a written contract. We have a polite verbal agreement that if you wish to discontinue using our services, you will agree to give us 2 cleans notice of your intention to stop using our service.

Q- Will it always be the same staff members that come to clean at my home or business?
A- Yes. We are a family run independent business, and not a cleaning agency, with different staff coming in and out on a weekly basis.
Q- How do i pay you?
A- We accept payment via cash, bacs, direct debit and standing order.
We do not accept cheques anymore.
Q- Can I use your company on an ' as & when I need you' basis?
A- Yes, no problem. All we need is approximately 1 weeks notice to gt you booked into the diary.
