I employed Emma as a cleaner on a recommendation from a friend in February 2010. When i first called her, she arranged to come around to the house to meet with me and to assess my cleaning needs and to create a fair quote. From this first meeting, it was clear to me, that Emma was nothing but professional: She went through each room and explained what her processes would be for cleaning the room; she asked me if there were any specific area's/needs that i would like her to attend to. She worked out a price, not per hour, but by my specific needs, and gave me the option to think about her quote, and to get in contact with her when i was ready. As it happened, I was so impressed with her professionalism, and fair price, that we arranged there and then for a regular day for her to come. I gave her a set of keys and my alarm code and arranged for her to start that week.

Since then, Emma has cleaned for us on a regular basis and has been very reliable in that she arrives at a set time on a set day. Her work is very thorough, and is carried out with respect for our home, our privacy and as a bonus the environment too!

I have never been disappointed with any aspect of her work, but i am certain that if there was any area of her cleaning that i was not satisfied with, I would only have to mention it and it would be rectified immediately.

Emma is friendly and approachable person who maintains high standards & consistency. It is great to know that the house is being cleaned by someone i can trust, and also understands our needs.

As a working mother of 2, it is one less thing to have to think about. At the end of the day, i can put my feet up without having to worry about doing any cleaning work.

I have no hesitation in recommending Emma as a cleaner.
